TIPS After You Land In popular, family-friendly destinations like Orlando, accommodations are abundant but also in high demand. Deciding where to stay is an important decision, because while a flight may last only several hours, you'll probably remain in your accommodations for at least several days. Timeshare rentals are a great alternative for large families who require more space and privacy than the average hotel room can provide.
With a Florida timeshare you can choose from family-friendly accommodation options with as many as three bedrooms and extra living space. Rentals also offer access to resort amenities you won't find elsewhere like babysitting referrals, children's programs and laundry services. And when you don't have to pack extra clothing, you can worry about more important things like making room for your child's favorite stuffed animal.

Supplies that you bring with you on a flight depend on the needs of your particular child and vary according to age and other factors. Give it some thought and create a checklist when you are preparing for a trip. A little preparation can go a long way. So think about the needs of your individual child and consider the supplies that you will need. Below are some common items to consider: |
|
|
Bring more diapers and baby wipes than you think that you will need. If you run out you should talk with your flight attendant. Some airlines keep an emergency supply. You may also find that the airline has stocked baby formula, bottles, bibs and other essentials.
Chances are that your child will spill food or drink at some point along the way. Extra clothes are necessary when flying with small children, especially on long flights. Think about bringing extra socks for your child to wear during a long flight. If your child walks around the plane without shoes, his or her socks will get very dirty.
You can use sealable plastic bags or small plastic containers for many purposes: from sealing dirty diapers or trash to reserving food from your airline meal to eat later during the flight.
If you will carry breast milk with you for use in baby bottles, think about freezing the milk the night before and then transporting it in a small container with dry ice.
