Indemnification.
User agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless FlyingRugrats.com, its affiliates and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against all claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising out of the use of FlyingRugrats.com by User.

Pricing and Product Sales.

FlyingRugrats.com is a non-commercial information service provided by FlyingRugrats.com at no cost to the User.  FlyingRugrats.com does not utilize FlyingRugrats.com for sale of products to the public.  Any products that appear on FlyingRugrats.com are advertisements placed with permission and to specifications of the vendors of those products.  FlyingRugrats.com does not warrant the accuracy of any information associated with any product information presented on FlyingRugrats.com.  User agrees not to hold FlyingRugrats.com, its officers or employees accountable, liable or responsible for any errors or incorrect information related to pricing, product use, quality or product fitness for any particular purpose.  Users holds FlyingRugrats.com indemnified and not responsible for any damages, losses, injuries or any other type of harm resulting from products displayed on FlyingRugrats.com.  FlyingRugrats.com works hard to ensure the accuracy of information presented.  However, in the event that pricing of an item is inaccurate on the FlyingRugrats.com web site, pricing information supplied by the individual product vendor will take precedence and FlyingRugrats.com will not be accountable in any way for any damages, losses or harm resulting from the difference in pricing between the product vendor and the FlyingRugrats.com website.
